About Me
Hi, I’m Joe Friday, an 18 year old with a large passion for the world of content creation. Since I was little, I was always fascinated by how videos on YouTube made people feel certain emotions, and was often keen to create my own. From the beginning of 2024, I created the channel that kickstarted it all, NostalgiaWithFriday. This channel was based on playing games from my ages’ childhood, primarily focusing on the Wii. This channel proceeded to aclaim over 2,000 subscribers and over 180,000 total views, and is still gaining traction to this day. I also created a Twitch account for this channel, which was used to record YouTube videos, but the audience would see it live. However this niche wasn’t very successful in the world on live streaming, which led me to take a different route.
On the 12th December 2024, I created a new Twitch channel, FIFAWithFriday. This channel was made to live stream FIFA with viewers and create a community full of people with a general love for football. In December alone, this channel gained over 100 followers and even gave me the chance to become a Twitch Affiliate, making me eligible to earn money from streaming. Similar to NostalgiaWithFriday, I created another YouTube channel to post videos based on what occurs in the live streams on Twitch, meaning people who miss the streams can go back and catch up on what they didn't see.Overall, I run 2 YouTube channels and 2 Twitch channels, pushing content to multiple audiences and niches for their enjoyment. I am constantly learning different things to enhance my content, showing that these channels should increase in traction.

During my time at college, the projects I have been involved in have helped me to gain skills that will elevate my own content, giving me the opportunity to push it out to wider audiences and help me to gain more opportunities in the industry.
